Commitment: We are currently looking for a least 4 nominations for 2 open positions on the Parish Pastoral Council. It will be a 3 year commitment beginning July 1, 2021 until June 30, 2024. You are to attend scheduled meetings that are usually held in September, October, December, February, April/May (Joint Meeting with Finance Council) and June. These are approximately 1.5 hours each. Active participation and attendance is required.

Membership: Our Parish Pastoral Council is not a group of experts in faith formation, liturgy, pastoral care, or education. Our Council’s primary gift is practical wisdom, made up of parishioners who have a vested interest in the life and development of the parish and want to help the pastor. The pastor listens to the members of the council and makes a decision regarding the parish. It is required of those serving on Council to be fully initiated, Roman Catholics in good standing with the Church, be registered in the parish and participate in the parish life.
